Overview

Tide Rise is a live-conversation transcription and analytics platform. By participating in or organizing a #RisingTideConvo, you agree to these terms.

Recording Consent

By tapping “Start Recording” or joining an active group, you consent to your voice being captured, transcribed, and analyzed for the purpose of generating insights for the #RisingTideConvo's organizers.

Data Use

Audio recordings and transcripts are stored securely in the cloud. Organizers and authorized administrators may access them to generate summaries, reports, and analytics.

Your Rights

You may decline to be recorded at any time by leaving the group before tapping “Start Recording”. Once a recording has started, your contributions become part of the group's shared transcript.
