Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy governs how Tide Rise organizers, facilitators, and participants may use the platform. Violations may result in #RisingTideConvo termination or account suspension.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Tide Rise to record conversations without informed consent from all participants, to capture confidential or legally privileged communications, or to harass, threaten, or intimidate other participants.

Organizer Responsibilities

Organizers are responsible for clearly informing participants that #RisingTideConvos are recorded and analyzed, and for selecting #RisingTideConvo topics that are appropriate for an audio-recorded group setting.

Content Standards

Recorded discussions must not contain personally identifiable information about non-participants, financial account details, health information, or other regulated data categories.

Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy, notify the #RisingTideConvo organizer or the Tide Rise team.
